The establishment of a continuous concrete channel allows for relocation, replacement, or expansion of the lifting platforms throughout their entire service life. For your safety – hydraulics in perfection
In the application areas of fully hydraulic lifting platforms, JAB’s hydraulics have been developed over many decades into a system that is almost perfect.
In car and van lifts, the lifting unit and hydraulic power unit are separate components. This allows for greater flexibility during installation.
All JAB commercial vehicle lifts are equipped with safety features: A locking block automatically stops all movement in the event of a power failure or shutdown.
Because the hydraulic unit is directly flanged, a pipe rupture is impossible. The directly flanged hydraulic pump, without any external lines, is just one example of JAB’s exceptionally high quality standards.
This is inherent safety you can rely on.
Retrofitting lifting platforms into existing buildings is straightforward – no problem.
Telescopic or plunger ram:
For new buildings and unproblematic soil conditions, the plunger ram is the best and most cost-effective solution.
The telescopic ram, with its shallow installation depth of 1,280 mm, is the ideal solution for installation in existing pits or in water protection areas with a high water table.
Retrofitting lifting platforms into floor slabs
Telescopic lifting platforms provide the perfect solution here. The necessary ceiling penetration is achieved through core drilling. This results in only minimal changes to the ceiling’s structural integrity. Load-bearing plates optimally distribute the forces generated when the lifting platform is in use.
Lifting units in foundation pits:
For retrofitting into existing halls or pits, pre-assembled JAB lifting units can be effectively integrated into (self-supporting) foundation pits.
The lifting platform is delivered pre-assembled in self-supporting steel pits and can be easily inserted into the prepared foundation.
Upon request, the foundation troughs can be supplied with a certificate of acceptance in accordance with the German Water Resources Act (WHG), as JAB is a certified specialist company under the WHG.
This design can also be easily installed in existing pits, provided there is a minimum depth of 1,280 mm.
